## About the Role

beBright is seeking an experienced and organized RCM Implementation Manager., * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

 * Minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a strong project, implementation, or change-management track record.

 * Hands-on experience with practice management system conversions or software implementations.

 * Strong data and reporting skills, including building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.

 * Experience developing and delivering training and documentation.

 * Demonstrated project or people leadership experience.

 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 * PMP or comparable project management certification is a plus.

## Description

Training and Enablement:

 * Build and deliver training on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes for office and central teams.

 * Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, and drive adoption across locations.

Software Conversion and Implementation:

 * Lead conversions and migrations between practice management systems, including data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live.

 * Plan and run pilots and phased rollouts, standardizing setup and configuration across systems.

Analytics and Reporting:

 * Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across the revenue cycle.

 * Measure performance before and after each implementation and use the data to prioritize process improvements.

 * Surface trends in denials, AR, and cash flow to leadership.

Project and Team Leadership:

 * Own project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for each initiative.

 * Manage and mentor implementation and analyst staff and coordinate cross-functional resources as the function scales.
