We are seeking a hands-on IT professional with proven experience providing desktop support, technical support, PC imaging, hardware deployment, and end-user support in a professional environment., * 1+ years of professional experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support. * Proven experience performing PC imaging, computer deployment, and hardware troubleshooting. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11). * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments. * Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, peripherals, and common software issues. * Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions independently. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. ## Description This position is ideal for someone who has experience supporting business users, preparing and deploying computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT equipment. The primary focus will be sorting and redeploying returned IT equipment, performing PC upgrades, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations.
