The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS Textract, Python, and serverless AWS services to automate document extraction, OCR processing, and data validation workflows. The Technical Lead will be responsible for solution architecture, technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native document processing solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using AWS Textract. * Build scalable document ingestion and OCR pipelines for processing invoices, forms, contracts, IDs, bank statements, and other business documents. * Develop Python-based backend services and REST APIs for document processing. * Integrate AWS Textract with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB. * Extract text, tables, forms, key-value pairs, and structured data from scanned documents and images. * Optimize OCR accuracy and improve document extraction performance. * Implement asynchronous document processing workflows using AWS serverless technologies. * Perform data validation, transformation, and integration with downstream applications. * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud-based document processing solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams. * Follow cloud security best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework guidelines.
