## Description

Agensys is seeking an Accounts System Administrator to support the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) IT Services Program. This position supports one of the Department of Defense's most mission-critical enterprise environments, providing Identity and Access Management (IAM) support for Headquarters Air Force, the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, and other Air Force organizations.

Responsibilities

 * Create, modify, disable, and delete user accounts within Active Directory.
 * Administer Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups.
 * Process employee onboarding and offboarding requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 * Verify security clearances, DD Form 2875s, and required training before granting access.
 * Troubleshoot password resets, account lockouts, folder permissions, and Active Directory synchronization issues.
 * Support Common Access Card (CAC) authentication and PKI certificate mapping.
 * Utilize ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms to manage and resolve tickets.
 * Perform Active Directory audits to identify inactive or non-compliant accounts.
 * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 * Coordinate with Tier II and Tier III teams to resolve complex identity and access issues.
