* SAFe Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning,

daily stand-ups, team demos, and retrospectives.

 * Agile Coaching: Coach team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe,

Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

 * SAP/Technical Alignment: Coordinate technical, functional, and data engineering

dependencies within the SAP landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BTP, ECC).

 * Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure consistent

sprint execution and delivery.

 * Metrics & Reporting: Monitor team velocity, PI objectives, and software engineering

metrics to report on progress to stakeholders.
