## About the Role

* Minimum two years of experience in Raiser's Edge, preferably as an administrator in a non-profit fundraising environment.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required (Proficiency with Office 365 preferred) and a demonstrated ability to perform mail-merge functions.
 * Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities and competing deadlines plus maintain an attention to detail.

## Description

* Process acknowledgements for a large back-log of gifts from June 2026 fiscal year.
 * Running reports and queries and providing donor information to fundraising staff.
 * Responsible for all database maintenance, analysis, reporting, cleaning, and responding to all requests for information as well as the general functioning of the department's data management.
 * Report to the Development Director and Director of Finance to provide general support to the Development function during peak periods.
