## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refurbishing Bench Technician to join our dynamic team in a warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and repairing a variety of point-of-sale hardware equipment. Refurbishing Technicians are responsible for testing, updating firmware, upgrading features, and performing component updates (memory, HDD, CPUs) according to customer requirements. This role requires following detailed instructions, working with various types of equipment, and ensuring all units meet quality standards before shipment.

Responsibilies:

 * Required to read and follow instructions on a travel sheet
 * Working on equipment ranging from but not limited to scanners, printers, PCs, point-of-sales (POS) equipment, battery backups, cash drawers, and tablets
 * Learn to use diagnostic software
 * Receive production/repair orders and verify parts and equipment are correct
 * Report any equipment shortages or fallout promptly
 * Refurbish equipment to standard listed on order
 * Complete orders to be shipped by deadline
