Preferred Qualifications * Engineering Intern (EI) certification. * Commissioning Certification through ACG, BCxA, or ASHRAE. * Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification. * Experience with building automation systems design and programming. * Experience supporting healthcare or higher education construction projects preferred. ## Description Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Building Automation Analyst to support commissioning, retro-commissioning, and energy optimization initiatives across commercial construction and existing facility projects. This role is responsible for evaluating, verifying, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation and HVAC systems both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in building automation systems, HVAC controls, commissioning processes, and MEP commercial construction environments. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams, engineers, facilities personnel, and trade partners. This is a hybrid, travel-based role with flexibility depending on project schedules and regional travel demands.
