Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Lithium-Ion Battery Management System development.Experience working with international teams in China and India. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. ## Description The Manager of Global Firmware Engineering is responsible for leading a team of firmware engineers in Delaware, Pune, and Xi'an to expand and maintain Vertiv's Energy Storage global portfolio. This is a highly visible and critical role that is responsible for firmware development of existing and new Energy Storage battery management system.
