Active and transferrable TS/SCI with polygraph U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access prior to start date. o Prior experience supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) ground systems engineering activities for a satellite communications system. o Experience generating, analyzing, tracking, and managing requirements. o Experience with systems engineering developing and maintaining schematics, analysis, block diagrams, system Bill of Materials (BOMs), and design review packages.
