You will redefine how employers and brokers understand key topics like plan performance, costs, and network engagement-enabling smarter decisions and better outcomes. You will translate the product vision into execution by owning the team backlog, guiding customer experience decisions, and driving delivery across data ingestion, APIs, event-driven workflows, and key engagement features. The role requires strong product instincts, technical fluency, and a bias toward decisive action, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver meaningful customer and business value.
