Interviews will be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible - we can't wait to hear from you! ## Description We're recruiting a Planning and Scheduling Support professional to join our East of England network team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based out of our Aylestone Road office in Leicester, with the occasional meeting held at our head office location in Ansty Business Park, Coventry. As part of our Planning & Scheduling Support team, you'll play a key role in how we organise and deliver work across Cadent. This isn't just about booking appointments or managing workflow - this is about creating the structure, accuracy and coordination that ensure our operational activities are executed efficiently and safely. Working across functions, you'll bring clarity, organisation and strong data discipline to processes that keep our network moving. You'll help coordinate work, support scheduling activity, maintain accurate records and ensure our plans align with operational priorities. You'll also support colleagues through coaching, collaboration and consistent ways of working. It's a great opportunity to step into a visible role where you'll support continuous improvement, help shape daily delivery, and contribute to a team that's central to operational performance.
