Education: * Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, engineering) or substantial knowledge of analytics. Telework: * Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking. Required Experience / Knowledge: * At least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics. Technical Experience: * 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on AML processes or financial crime prevention. * Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., PowerDesigner or equivalent). * Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Tableau, BO, SAS, etc.). * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Agile Central) is preferable., * Deep understanding of banking data, particularly AML Transaction Monitoring data (customer, account, transaction attributes). * Proven ability to capture, document, and manage functional/non-functional requirements for data solutions. * Knowledge of data security, IT architecture, and financial services operations. * Hands-on experience with data quality frameworks, including rule definition, monitoring, and issue escalation. * Able to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders through structured documentation, workshops, and clear communication (Project Management skills). As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver high-impact data solutions for AML processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
