## About the Role

* Previous professional experience in an IT Support or Service Desk environment.
 * Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
 * Experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment.
 * Familiarity with collaboration and videoconferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.
 * Professional proficiency in both English and French.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
 * Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

## Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line technical support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in resolving incidents, supporting end users (including VIP users), maintaining IT workstations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support services., * Provide first- and second-line IT support via remote assistance and on-site interventions.

 * Act as a Service Desk Agent, Incident Analyst, and Problem Analyst, ensuring timely incident resolution.
 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while maximizing the first-call resolution rate.
 * Deliver dedicated support for VIP users.
 * Install, configure, reconfigure, and maintain Windows workstations and user environments.
 * Test, deploy, and administer business applications.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
 * Collaborate closely with system and database administrators to perform infrastructure-related tasks when required.
