This role serves as both a hands-on technical leader and enterprise systems architect, managing ERP initiatives, analytics infrastructure, and system integrations while directly supporting users when necessary. The position manages the ERP Systems & Business Intelligence Analyst and works closely with the IT Administrator and Systems Support Engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems. The organization currently operates on Epicor ERP 10.2 and is preparing to transition to Epicor Kinetic as part of its ongoing enterprise system modernization. This role will lead that transition with the help of contractors and establish sustainable internal processes for ERP lifecycle management, system upgrades, integrations, and analytics enablement. The company is also investing in improved data visibility through a growing Power BI analytics initiative, combining ERP data with external business data to support operational and executive decision-making. This position will play a central role in guiding the evolution of the enterprise systems environment while ensuring system stability, strong user adoption, and continuous operational improvement.
