## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Strong communication and customer service skills are required

 * Must enjoy working as part of a team
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
 * Ability to solve problems and learn quickly is required
 * Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
 * Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
 * 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred
 * Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus

 * Valid driver's license with excellent driving record

## Description

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades. This position is based at a client location in Knoxville, TN., * Provide IT support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site

 * Provide support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
 * Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
 * Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
 * Provide exceptional customer service at all times
