Industry experience in Hospitality (highly preferred) ## Description The Network Leads objective: Responsible for overseeing network design, implementation, management, and incident management to support seamless operations across systems and locations. What will you do: * Design and plan the network infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization, including Wi-Fi, internal communication systems, and connectivity for the various departments. * Oversee and manage the installation and configuration of network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, ensure optimal performance and coverage. * Lead resolution of network connectivity and performance issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. * Engage with the security team to implement and maintain a robust network security measures. * Optimize network performance by analysing traffic patterns and making necessary adjustments to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency. * Plan and lead implementation of network upgrades to accommodate growth, such as adding new locations, increasing bandwidth, and integrating new technologies. * Manage relationships with outsourcing partners & vendors in the Networks domain.
