This includes MS Azure cloud web applications using SQL Azure databases and integration solutions based on the .NET technology stack and on prem SQL databases, serving internal employees and external customers. This position will be part of the EU App Dev Shared services team and offers the chance to be an integral part of a forward thinking and ambitious application development department delivering web-based business solutions. Please note that our primary office location is in Egham. Occasionally, some meetings will be held on-site and require travel to the office at the employee's expense. This is likely to be fewer than 10 times a year. At all other times, the employee can work remotely or in the office as they choose., * Play a significant role in the implementation, deployment, maintenance and support of production and non-production SQL Server databases, both on premise and Azure-based. * Monitor daily database activities and overall performance, as well as resolving job failures. * Support senior engineers with SQL Server security, GDPR compliance and producing database documentation. * Assistance with database design and development is required in support of the various application development teams. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated administrative and ETL processes using PowerShell and SSIS. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
