## About the Role

Previous experience in customer service, in technical are or in the field of PV is valued

 - A general understadning of electrotechnical topics (e.g voltage, current)

 - Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness

 - Very good knowledge of German (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases a strong dialect)

 - Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantage

 - Working model: working from home (home office)

## Description

Technically competent support for commissioning and ongoing operation of the PV components (e.g PV inverters, home storage system)

 - Tracking / Documentation in a ticket system

 - ordering spare parts, if necessary
