 * Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
 * Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills, * What visualization tools have you used (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and which are you strongest in?
 * What experience do you have with SQL or other data querying languages?
 * Do you have experience integrating dashboards with platforms like SharePoint or other systems?

* Develop and deliver dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for Army operations
 * Create visualizations that simplify complex data for technical and non-technical users
 * Integrate dashboards into platforms such as SharePoint or other Army systems
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
 * Maintain documentation, definitions, and consistency of metrics across systems
 * Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear and meaningful insights
 * Assist in improving data visualization processes and tools, * Supports Army Vantage / Army data modernization initiatives
 * Work involves operational data, analytics, and visualization for decision-making
