## About the Role

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 3-5 years of customer support experience.

 * CompTIA A+ certification.
 * Working knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN
 * Experience supporting networks (routing, switching, wireless)
 * Customer service (phone) experience
 * Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Microsoft Operating Systems
 * Solid follow through and task, ticket, assignment ownership
 * Pride in work quality
 * Ability to multi-task
 * Ability to learn quickly
 * Excellent collaboration and communication skills
 * Ability to ask questions or escalate when needed
 * Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
 * Multi-tasking skills.
 * Working knowledge of telecom technologies and the OSI layer.

Preferred:

 * Microsoft Certifications highly preferred.
 * Experience with firewalls (SonicWall, Meraki, FortiNet, Unifi).
 * Experience with IP camera and VoIP systems.
 * Experience with RMM and PSA systems.
 * CompTIA Network+

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
 * Troubleshoot WAN, LAN, WLAN connectivity.
 * Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
 * Support Microsoft Exchange and Operating Systems.
 * Document support interactions and resolutions.
 * Follow IT support best practices.
 * Escalate complex issues.
