 * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET technologies
 * Experience developing and maintaining public-facing websites
 * Hands-on experience with CMS development, customization, deployment, and maintenance
 * Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries
 * Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design/development
 * Experience with Entity Framework and/or Entity Framework Core
 * Familiarity with authentication and authorization implementations
 * Experience with Git and/or TFS source control systems
 * Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
 * Knowledge of software testing methodologies including Unit, Smoke, Regression, System, and Integration Testing
 * Understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment automation
 * Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, * Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 integrations
 * Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, CMS-driven applications, Microsoft technologies, and modern web development practices., * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications and public-facing websites

 * Build and support CMS-driven applications and content workflows
 * Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Microsoft .NET technologies
 * Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders
