## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

 * 5-10+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects
 * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security practices
 * Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 * Proven ability to manage department budget

Education & Experience

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity
 * Relevant certifications may substitute for a portion of required experience, including:

 * PMP (Project Management Professional)
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications
 * ITIL Certification
 * Cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
 * Information security and risk management
 * Regulatory compliance frameworks, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
 * Data privacy laws and protection of Protected Health Information (PHI)
 * Public sector governance, procurement, and audit processes

Skills and Abilities

 * Strong leadership and team coordination
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Problem-solving and decision-making ability
 * Risk management and strategic thinking
 * Ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Essential Requirements

A valid California Driver's License and transportation, or acceptable substitute, may be required based on assigned duties.

## Description

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives
 * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
 * Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and business units
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
 * Ensure alignment with IT governance, compliance, and security standards
 * Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and deliverables
 * Facilitate regular project meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications
 * Coordinate change management and ensure smooth transition to operations
 * Track project budgets, department budget, forecasts, and financial performance
