## Description

* Provide operational support and administration for telecom systems, including Webex and 8x8 platforms.
 * Engage in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) analysis and optimization to support cost-effective operations.
 * Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and field technology teams to resolve escalations and support nearly 800 branches across the US and Canada. Participate in telecom/network projects, migrations, and vendor coordination.
 * Maintain a customer-service focus, assisting with after-hours patching and on-call rotations.
