## About the Role

* Solides connaissances des réseaux TCP/IP.
 * Bonne maîtrise des VLAN, du routage et des principaux protocoles réseau.
 * Connaissances en DHCP, DNS, NAT et VPN.
 * Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents techniques.
 * Sens du service client et bon relationnel.

Compétences appréciées

 * Microsoft 365.
 * Pare-feux (Zyxel, Fortinet, Sophos, Stormshield…)
 * Wi-Fi professionnel. (portail captif)
 * Téléphonie IP.
 * Solutions de sauvegarde.
 * Notions en cybersécurité., * Formation Bac +2 minimum en informatique ou réseaux.
 * Une expérience de 2 ans sur un poste similaire est fortement appréciée.
 * Permis B obligatoire.
 * Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
 * Esprit d'équipe.
 * Bon relationnel et sens du service.

Le poste implique de nombreux déplacements chez nos clients.

## Description

Vous interviendrez principalement chez nos clients, ainsi qu'à distance, afin de :

 * Installer, configurer et maintenir des infrastructures réseaux.
 * Déployer et administrer des switchs, routeurs, pare-feux et bornes Wi-Fi.
 * Configurer des VLAN, VPN, routage et réseaux d'entreprise.
 * Installer et mettre en service des accès Internet (fibre, 4G/5G, Starlink…).
 * Participer au déploiement de solutions de téléphonie IP.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents réseaux et télécoms.
 * Participer aux projets de migration et d'évolution des infrastructures.
 * Assurer le suivi technique et la satisfaction de nos clients.
