Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Competent with tool use to manage the following functions: code management, project management, testing / quality assurance, version control, system development lifecycle control, and prototyping. * Knowledge of information systems terminology, concepts / practices; networking, distributed computing environment, and trouble-shooting strategies and concepts. * Understand a broad range of technologies and able to think in terms "enterprise wide" solutions. * Software development lifecycle using structured processes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Competent in at least one of the following technologies: MS Analysis Service, MS Reporting Services, and data warehouse / data mart is preferred. * Vendor certification in any of the application and/or technologies listed above is desired. * Mortgage industry systems is beneficial. Work Environment and Physical Requirements * Working on-site at assigned office location. * Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership. * Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand. * Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations. * Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time. * Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls. * Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
