## About the Role

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en support informatique de niveau 1 ou en proximité.

 - Vous maîtrisez l'environnement Windows ainsi que les opérations courantes de déploiement et de maintenance des postes de travail.

 - Vous possédez des connaissances en Active Directory, en support réseau de premier niveau et en gestion des équipements informatiques.

 - Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens du service.

 - Une expérience avec GLPI et/ou FOG Project serait un véritable atout.

## Description

Vous assurerez le support informatique de proximité et interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :

 - Déployer et configurer les postes de travail et les imprimantes ;

 - Effectuer le remplacement de matériel informatique ;

 - Réaliser les mises à jour des images système ;

 - Assurer le réglage et la configuration des vidéoprojecteurs ;

 - Gérer les opérations courantes d'administration Active Directory ;

 - Intervenir sur les infrastructures et le réseau en suivant les procédures établies.
