## Description

Ce poste est centré sur la résolution de problématiques concrètes, ayant un impact direct sur la performance et l'efficacité des processus au sein d'EFCO.

Missions Data et BI :

 * Construire des tableaux de bord Power BI, permettant une visualisation efficace des données et une meilleure prise de décision au sein de l'entreprise ;
 * Exploiter des données des logiciels Hubspot, dendreo, Ease Learning, Google workspace ;
 * Concevoir des indicateurs de performances ;
 * Concevoir des analyses prédictives

Missions en IA :

 * Matching entre candidats, formations, et entreprise en optimisant le processus de recrutement
 * Création d'assistants IA pour nos commerciaux et formateurs
 * Analyse automatique des enquêtes de satisfaction

Missions en automatisation et innovation :

 * Intégration des outils comme EFCO HUB et Google Workspace
 * Veille permanente sur les avancées de l'IA et Machine learning afin de proposer des solutions innovantes

Projets possibles : anticiper le CA futur, améliorer les plannings de formation, développer un moteur de recommandation de formations etc...
