## Description

Vos missions : Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, vous êtes en charge de : - Assister l'ensemble des utilisateurs de l'outil informatique dans un esprit de service client, - Gérer les incidents et demandes des utilisateurs (réception, identification et classification de la demande), - Accompagner la résolution de l'évènement : analyse, accompagnement 1er niveau ou recherche d'un support complémentaire, suivi et reporting, - Installer et configurer les postes de travail des utilisateurs, - Tenir à jour la CMDB (configuration management database).
