We're seeking an experienced transformation leader who can bring clarity to complexity and successfully translate strategy into delivery. In this role you'll bring: * Significant experience leading complex transformation portfolios. * Strong portfolio governance, prioritisation and investment planning expertise. * Experience delivering technology-enabled business change. * Strong commercial, financial and benefits realisation skills. * Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability. * Experience managing risk, dependencies and delivery performance. * Strong communication, facilitation and decision-making skills. * Experience developing high-performing teams. * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. * Collaborative leadership style with a focus on outcomes, innovation and continuous improvement. * Relevant qualifications such as MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent would be advantageous. ## Description You'll be at the centre of transformation strategy execution - supporting how change initiatives are selected, prioritised, sequenced, and delivered for maximum value. The role blends portfolio management, strategic planning, governance, and delivery oversight.
