As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that support the continued growth, efficiency and resilience of the business. This role will lead the development and enhancement of business-critical systems, ensuring they continue to deliver long-term value while supporting an expanding retail operation. You'll provide technical leadership across a range of development projects, working closely with stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable and commercially aligned solutions that improve operational performance and reduce business risk. Managing and developing a team of Analyst Programmers and Junior Analyst Programmers, you'll foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, championing best practice throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll also play a key role in shaping solution architecture, driving continuous improvement and ensuring our technology platforms are well positioned to support future business growth.
