## About the Role

* Previous administrative or office experience, ideally within a helpdesk, customer service or scheduling environment.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
 * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
 * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

## Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing support to both clients and colleagues.

Working Hours

 * Part-time position of approximately 21 hours per week.
 * Flexible working pattern across the week to be agreed with the successful candidate.
 * Wednesday attendance is essential, with working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm., * Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
 * Answering incoming telephone calls and making outbound calls to clients and contractors.
 * Booking works and appointments for clients.
 * Saving and organising photographs, worksheets and supporting documentation.
 * Preparing and issuing quotations.
 * Uploading purchase orders, photographs, documents and other relevant information onto company systems.
 * Providing administrative support to the helpdesk team.
 * Updating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure jobs are accurately tracked and organised.
