## About the Role

You'll have:

 * Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant role.
 * Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
 * Experience working with SaaS platforms and REST APIs (OAuth, HTTPS).
 * Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * A commercial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.

## Description

Are you a customer-focused Solutions Engineer with experience supporting SaaS products and API integrations? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business, helping customers successfully implement an innovative Identity & Verification platform used by leading global brands.

As a Solutions Engineer - SaaS & Partnerships, you'll work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to support customers through the full lifecycle-from pre-sales consultancy and technical integration to post-launch optimisation and ongoing success., You will:

 * Support the pre-sales process by presenting technical solutions and advising customers on the best implementation approach.
 * Lead technical integrations, managing customer onboarding and API implementation.
 * Configure customer environments, troubleshoot integration issues and test API calls using tools such as Postman.
 * Provide post-launch technical support, monitor solution performance and build long-term customer relationships.
 * Partner with Product teams to share customer feedback and support new product launches.
 * Promote best practices and drive adoption of the platform across a growing customer base.
