## Description

In this role, you will manage and monitor leakage data for specific postcode areas, ensuring accurate logging of incidents and maintaining up-to-date records. You'll track and report leakage trends, prepare data-driven reports for internal teams, and escalate potential issues within wider networks. The position involves regular communication with field engineers to coordinate responses and support operational planning, alongside performing essential data entry and administrative tasks to keep systems accurate and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Manage and monitor leakage data for assigned postcode areas, ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems.
 * Log and track leakage incidents within your designated area, identifying patterns and escalating potential network issues.
 * Prepare and maintain detailed reports to support internal teams and United Utilities in addressing wider leakage trends.
 * Communicate with field engineers and operational teams, providing accurate data and coordinating responses for repairs.
 * Perform data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards and data protection requirements.
 * Support analysis of leakage performance across postcode areas, using data insights to flag emerging risks and assist decision-making.
