## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Projects to lead our organisation's engineering initiatives and infrastructure development.  * Excellent organisational skills with a focus on effective time management to meet project deadlines.
 * Familiarity with health & safety standards relevant to engineering projects.

## Description

* Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
 * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation.
 * Oversee civil design activities utilising Civil 3D, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
 * Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects effectively.
 * Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align project objectives with organisational strategy.
 * Monitor project progress through regular reporting, identifying risks or delays early, and implementing corrective actions.
 * Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
 * Optimise resource utilisation through effective time management practices across multiple projects.
 * Foster innovation by integrating new technologies or methodologies into project workflows for improved outcomes.
 * Prepare comprehensive documentation including budgets, schedules, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
