## Description

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to design and deliver cloud and infrastructure solutions across Microsoft technologies. You'll take ownership of more complex projects, guide customers through change, and help shape how we deliver solutions as a team.

What you'll be doing

 * Designing and delivering complex infrastructure and cloud solutions
 * Leading projects end to end, often across multiple phases
 * Making key technical decisions around architecture, security, and performance
 * Working closely with customers to understand requirements and shape solutions
 * Handling project handovers into support, making sure everything is clean and well documented
 * Mentoring junior consultants and supporting delivery standards across the team
