## Description

As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the operational "hub" of the contract, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of facility service requests. You will ensure that buildings remain safe and operational by coordinating engineers and contractors., * Service Coordination: Log planned and reactive maintenance requests (P1 - P4 fixes) via phone and email.

 * Quoted Works Admin: Manage a high volume of quoted works, ensuring accuracy in pricing and process adherence.
 * SLA Management: Monitor work orders to ensure strict compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 * Dispatch & Scheduling: Efficiently allocate jobs to the correct engineers and specialist contractors.
 * Supplier Liaison: Proactively chase outstanding works and challenge contractors on response times to ensure high service standards.
 * CAFM System Management: Daily updates within the Concept system to maintain operational transparency and support the "order-to-cash" process.
