We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across various systems and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.  * Proven experience in software troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
 * Familiarity with desktop support procedures and hardware maintenance.
 * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
 * Experience using help desk tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
 * Knowledge of operating systems including Windows (various versions), macOS, and Linux distributions.
 * Understanding of computer hardware components and their maintenance requirements.
 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

* Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via help desk channels, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
 * Maintain and support computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
 * Configure and manage network devices to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
 * Assist with the setup, deployment, and upgrade of IT equipment in line with organisational standards.
 * Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members on projects involving infrastructure upgrades or security enhancements.
