 * Strong software architecture, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while designing and delivering modern, scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development, architecture, mentoring, and delivery leadership with a strong focus on AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices., * Lead system architecture and technical design for scalable, secure applications.

 * Partner with Product Owners to break down features and drive delivery.
 * Champion clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
 * Leverage AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
 * Own Azure DevOps release pipelines and deployments.
 * Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
