* 8+ years user experience and/or product design.
 * Well-versed in user experience design and product design
 * Deep experience using Figma and design systems to create hi-fidelity prototypes.
 * Ready to collaborate and work autonomously.
 * User-facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience with B2B and SAAS products
 * Experience working within complex software products
 * Effective communication and collaboration

## Description

The Sr. UX Designer at SSI will join a small but mighty team of designers working within the space of ag retail. We are an ag tech company working in a unique and complex product space supporting the businesses that support farmers. We are seeking a talented senior UX designer who is well-versed in UX principles and excited to work in a product space.
As a senior UX designer at SSI, you will be responsible for:

 * User research with internal subject matter experts and customers, including contextual interviews.
 * Synthesizing research and identifying insights to guide your design decisions.
 * Wireframing and prototyping design solutions, testing concepts, iterating based on internal and external feedback.
 * Collaborating with the UX team lead on ways to improve team processes and internal design standards and practices.
 * Taking on the most challenging and complex design work.
