 * Knowledge of system architecture and documentation (3+ years)
 * Exposure to public sector domains (SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with JIRA, KACE ITSM, Agile/Scrum
 * Background in legacy modernization and child welfare systems
