## About the Role

We're looking for someone with:

 * A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent experience
 * Three or more years of experience supporting and configuring information technology infrastructure
 * Experience with Windows workstations, Windows Server configuration and administration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile device support
 * Experience supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and services
 * Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and TCP/IP networks
 * Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and Windows operating systems
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database administration, maintenance, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
 * A commitment to information security, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional support, * Bachelor's (Preferred), * supporting/configuring information technology infrastructure: 3 years (Preferred)

## Description

You'll provide advanced technical support while assisting with the administration and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including:

 * Support desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and business applications
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
 * Assist with Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, wireless networks, backup systems, and cloud technologies
 * Participate in technology upgrades, equipment deployments, office expansions, and infrastructure projects
 * Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, patch management, and system security
 * Assist with technology documentation, disaster recovery activities, HITRUST compliance, HIPAA security requirements, and client security audits
 * Work collaboratively with employees throughout the organization to provide exceptional technical support, At Consolidated Solutions, technology is a critical part of everything we do. Our IT team supports secure communications, healthcare clients, enterprise printing operations, and business systems that require reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
