## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
 * 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects., * Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
 * 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
 * 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
 * Industry standard certifications such PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-CP, PMI-RMP

Background Check Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

 * Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

## Description

* Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and business development to identify risks and opportunities.
 * Develop strategies and execution plans to deliver against published Objective Key Results (OKRs).
 * Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for datacenter infrastructure projects.
 * Be the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) between regional leadership and key stakeholder teams to communicate progress, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
 * Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
 * Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
