Occasional travel nationwide. ## Description Summer Moon is seeking a Director of Technology to lead all technology and digital operations for Summer Moon, ensuring alignment with business goals, store operational needs, and enterprise standards. This role drives strategy and execution of resource deployment for Summer Moon, overseeing corporate and in-store hardware implementations, and software systems that support efficient, compliant, and innovative service operations across all locations. The Director of Technology is the primary technology partner to Summer Moon's operations and leadership teams, each location's General Manager, and our outsourced IT service partners. This leader brings both strategic vision and hands-on project management capability, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable operational value while meeting hospitality, security, and compliance needs., * Platform Strategy & Digital Ordering: Oversee the ecosystem for systemwide customer interface technologies, mobile apps, loyalty programs, online ordering, and delivery integrations. * Lead the Corporate technology strategy and execution: Lead and implement identity and access management, software subscription management, networking, AV and conferencing, and day-to-day IT support for the corporate and corporate store teams. * Automation & AI: Evaluate and implement emerging QSR technologies such as AI-enabled resources, automated menu pricing, and operational analytics to enhance our hospitality at the store level.
