This role is accountable for end-to-end program execution across multiple engagements, including overall delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue management, budget control, margin performance, and governance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP program delivery, strong executive stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences and GxP-regulated environments. This leader must be able to manage large, cross-functional teams, oversee multiple programs simultaneously, review solution approaches for quality and feasibility, and ensure that delivery is practical, compliant, and aligned to business outcomes.
