## About the Role

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

Hands-on experience operating and administration of various Linux OS (i.e. RHEL9, Talos)

 * Experience with building host image templates with automation tools (i.e. Terraform, Packer, SALT, Ansible, RHEL Satellite, Jumphost)
 * Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security and Firewall, Nessus Security Center, UAM, rsyslog and audited
 * Working knowledge of DISA STIGs, CVEs, and IAVAs for STE/STN compliance
 * Working knowledge of PKI infrastructure and authentication/authorization processes
 * Working knowledge of certificate, DNS, and IP management
 * Understanding of VMware vSphere vCenter, vSphere API and related services
 * Understanding of Amazon AWS EC2, EC2 API and related services
 * Basic understanding of containerization concepts and operations, i.e. Docker and Kubernetes
 * Basic understanding of GitOps development and CI/CD (Gitlab)
 * Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash, Shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required., Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree., A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required

## Description

* Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
 * Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
 * Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
 * Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
 * Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
 * Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
