Valid driver's license required., * Experience working in mission-critical or industrial facilities (data centers preferred). * Mandarin Chinese language skills (spoken or written) - an advantage for stakeholder coordination. * Manufacturer certifications on UPS, generator, or switchgear systems. * Prior experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing. * Familiarity with Ohio building codes and local construction practices., * 3-6 years of hands-on electrical work experience, with demonstrated ability to work independently on complex installations. * Experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable. * Proven track record of troubleshooting, testing, and leading small crews. 7. LICENSE / CERTIFICATION * Required: Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or state equivalent). * Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Data center or critical facilities training certificates, manufacturer-specific certifications (UPS, generators, switchgear). * Safety Certifications: OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E training, CPR/First Aid are strongly recommended; ability to obtain within first 60 days if not already held., * This role requires full-time, on-site presence at the Lordstown, Ohio project campus for the initial 6-month assignment. Upon completion, you will transition to follow-on projects nationwide, so flexibility and willingness to relocate to future project sites are essential for long-term career stability. ## Description * Skilled Installation & Maintenance: Independently perform installation, modification, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, UPS, static switches, generators, and associated controls with minimal supervision. Execute work according to design drawings, specifications, and data center reliability requirements. * Troubleshooting & Testing: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in power distribution, control circuits, and backup systems. Support commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and performance verification activities. * Safety Leadership & Quality: Lead small work teams on assigned tasks while ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards. Mentor junior electricians on proper techniques, safety practices, and data center protocols. * Documentation & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and test results.
