Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 5 years (Required) * Active Directory: 4 years (Required) * Server management: 4 years (Required) * Computer networking: 4 years (Required) * Firewall: 3 years (Required) * Computer skills: 10 years (Required) ## Description We're seeking a Senior IT Support Technician with 6+ years of IT support experience to support our clients' IT needs both remotely and on-site. You'll provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile users, along with the applications and infrastructure that make up our clients' environments. You'll work across systems and networks to keep client computing environments running efficiently, and you'll recommend and implement corrective solutions. Strong customer service and clear written and verbal communication are essential.
