Scrum, Kanban, Lean). * Praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von Azure DevOps. * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Coaching-Kompetenz. * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungskraft und Lösungsorientierung. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. ## Description In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer agiler, internationaler Entwicklungsteams und sorgen für eine effiziente und wertschöpfende Anwendung von Scrum: * Betreuung und Coaching mehrerer agiler, internationaler Entwicklungs-Teams im Bereich Software-, Firmware- und Digitalentwicklung. * Planung, Moderation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller Scrum-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospektive, Backlog Refinement). * Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Eigenverantwortung und einer leistungsfähigen, vertrauensvollen Teamkultur. * Identifikation und Beseitigung organisatorischer, technischer und kultureller Hindernisse (Impediments). * Unterstützung von Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Prinzipien. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D Management, Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement und weiteren Stakeholdern. * Weiterentwicklung agiler Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge in der Organisation. * Aktive Förderung einer unternehmensweiten Agile-Mindset-Kultur. ## About ZEISS Group ZEISS is technology, optics and innovation.
