## About the Role

Formation Bac+5 (Data Science, Intelligence Artificielle, Informatique ou équivalent).
Expérience significative en Data Science, Machine Learning et IA Générative.
Excellente maîtrise de Python et des frameworks IA (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, FastAPI…).
Solides connaissances des architectures RAG, LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering et MLOps / LLMOps.
Expérience sur des environnements Cloud (Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Databricks…) et des plateformes Data modernes.
Une expérience dans le développement d'API, le monitoring de modèles et l'industrialisation de solutions IA constitue un véritable atout.

## Description

En tant que Data Scientist Expert, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et la mise en production de solutions d'IA générative et de Machine Learning., Concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions d'Intelligence Artificielle Générative, des architectures RAG et des systèmes conversationnels avancés.
Développer des workflows multi-agents (Agentic AI) et intégrer des modèles de langage (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI ou modèles open source).
Industrialiser les solutions IA sous forme d'API et mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring et observabilité.
Concevoir, entraîner et optimiser des modèles de Machine Learning tout en garantissant leur performance, leur explicabilité et leur fiabilité.
Définir les standards techniques autour des solutions IA et accompagner les équipes dans leur adoption.
Garantir la qualité, la sécurité, la conformité et la robustesse des solutions IA déployées en production.
